R v A (Bolton Crown Court)
The Defendant was accused of domestic violence of his spouse and child. The Defendant pleaded not guilty.
Under the careful and diligent work of our Litigation Consultant, Karim Andani, the litigation team were able to obtain bail for the defendant, in the first instance. Thereafter, the defence team put forward a Stage 2 argument whereby the Crown were unable to advance further evidence to counter those Stage 2 arguments.
