The Defendant had been found in possession of Class A drugs. He was charged with Possession with Intent to Supply Class A drugs and the Defendant did enter a guilty plea.
Under the guidance of our Senior Solicitor, Waseem Chowdhary and Razi Shah of Counsel we were able to devise a mitigation strategy whereby the Defendant was granted a suspended sentence.
